Figure S2. p80HT mice showed normal ratios of B cell populations in the bone marrow (JPG, 55.5 KB) - (A) Flow cytometry analysis of B-cell populations in the bone marrow from a pair of 6-week-old wild-type (WT) and p80HT mice. The percentages of pre- and pro-B cells (B220lowIgM−), immature B cells (B220lowIgM+), and mature B cells (B220highIgM+) are indicated. (B) Data from 5 pairs of wild-type (WT) and p80HT mice are summarized. Bars represent means (± SD).
Figure S3. p80HT splenic B cells showed normal proliferative response to LPS (JPG, 31.3 KB) - Splenic B cells from 6-week-old wild-type (WT) and p80HT mice were cultured for 48 hours at 105 cells/well (96-well plate) in the presence of different concentration of LPS (0.02-20 µg/mL) and pulsed for 12 hours with 3H-thymidine (1 µCi/well). Cells were then harvested for determination of 3H-thymidine incorporation. Data represent the means (± SD) from 4 pairs of mice.
