A total of 105 sets of parameter choices were selected randomly from the ranges listed to perform the Monte Carlo sensitivity analysis. The weighting parameter ω, which determines the relative cost of vaccine-induced morbidity relative to death, was investigated in the range [0,0.2]. All horizontal axis labels except "0" give upper limits of corresponding bins; lower limits are given by the left adjacent label. The bin corresponding to the "0" label contains outcomes that were precisely zero.
