HEK-293 cells stably expressing b2AR (A) or b2AR^TYY (B) were stimulated with 10 mM of isoproterenol (Iso) or carvedilol (Carv) for 5 min after treatment of either DMSO or pertussis toxin (PTX) for 16 h as indicated.
