Figure S3. RNA polymerase II coimmunoprecipitates with β-actin in the presence and absence of latrunculin. Coimmunoprecipitation experiments were performed by immunoprecipitating with an antibody recognizing β-actin and developing the immunoblot with an antibody recognizing RNA polymerase II. Beads did not bind RNA polymerase II in the absence of antibodies directed against β-actin. Nonlinear scaling was used to enhance the visualization of the RNA polymerase II band. The result should only be evaluated qualitatively. FT, flow through; W, column wash; B, eluted bound fraction from the column.
