Figure S3. Golgi morphology and secretory granule biogenesis are normal in cells treated with Syt IV-siRNA. (A and B) PC12 cells were mock-treated or treated with Syt IV siRNA. 72 h after treatment, cells were pulse-labeled with [³⁵S]sulfate for 5 min to label the Golgi (A) and for 5 min followed by 15 min chase to label ISGs (B). The PNS was subjected to velocity gradient centrifugation, fractions were collected, and precipitated proteins were separated on an SDS-PAGE gel, followed by autoradiography.
