Strains expressing Erg6p-mDsRed and GFP-tagged Pex3p were monitored over a 4-min period by spinning disk confocal microscopy at room temperature. The time between each frame is 4-5 s. Each image is a projection from three adjacent z planes, each 0.2 µm apart.
