Figure S3. Altered UNC-45 levels result in decreased myosin accumulation. Lysates from equal volumes of similarly staged N2, suIs2, and unc-45(e286) at 15 and 25°C, worms were analyzed for total myosin content. Histone deacetylase (HDA-1) is not expressed in the body wall muscles of Caenorhabditis elegans, and was therefore used as a loading control.
