Figure S2. Specific inhibition of COPII assembly increase by the GalNAcT2 cytoplasmic domain peptide. Permeabilized HeLa cells stably expressing T2-GFP were incubated with GTPγS and 4 mg/ml cytosol containing the indicated concentration of the alanine substituted peptide (R→A) or the GalNAcT2 cytoplasmic domain peptide (wt).
