Figure S4. Sgo1 localizes next to the crest signals on the chromosome spreads with both paired and unpaired chromatids. The chromosome spreads were prepared from cells mock depleted and depleted of San, Plk1, and San&Plk1. The localization of Sgo1 was analyzed and compared to the crest signal. A typical pair of puffed sister chromatids (arrow) was enlarged by twofold and shown in the inset.
