Figure S2. Defective interaction between the catalytic subunit of PP2A and Cdc55 allows anaphase upon activation of the morphogenesis checkpoint. Strains with the indicated genotypes (ySP5704, ySP5710, and ySP5766) logarithmically growing in YEPR at 30°C were arrested in G1 with α factor and then released in YEPRG at 25°C at time 0. At the indicated time points, cell samples were collected for FACS analysis of DNA contents (histograms) and for kinetics of budding and nuclear division (graphs). Micrographs show examples of nuclear division at 240 min after release.
