Figure S1. Induction of apoptosis by Bim_S induction (A2 clone). (a) Induction of Bim_S was carried out by adding different concentrations of tetracycline as indicated. Cells were harvested 6 h after induction and the morphology of nuclei was scored by Hoechst staining. Bars represent the mean values of two independent experiments. (b) Bim_S expression was induced by addition of tet for various times (A2 clone). The percentage of active-caspase-3-positive cells was determined by flow cytometry.
