Anti-GW antibody injection into the posterior pole of tubulin-GFP-expressing embryos at NC10. Several enlarged nuclei could be seen associated with three to four spindle bodies. In addition, as embryo development progresses, large tubulin aggregates can be seen. Consistent with the spreading of the antibody effect, these effects, which began at the posterior, was then observed in more anterior regions with each NC. Images were captured at 1 frame/10 s and are displayed at 20 frames/s (∼200x speed).
