GFP-Spindly tracks on the plus ends of microtubules in interphase cells. An S2 cell stably expressing GFP-Spindly was imaged using a spinning disc confocal microscope. Spindly can clearly be seen tracking on the plus ends of microtubules in most cells. The video is 20x real speed. The field of view is 25 µm wide.
