Video 2
Dynamic distribution of the actin and microtubule cytoskeleton in a Xenopus growth cone (overnight cultures) during repulsion to a BMP7 gradient. The time-lapse sequence was acquired at one frame every 5 s by a two-wavelength imaging system. Both GFP-γ-actin (green) and mRFP-EB3 (red) channels are merged, and the sequence was converted to QuickTime video format at a rate of 15 frames per second. Onset of the BMP7 gradient is indicated by the arrow on the top right.
