Figure S1. DNA end resection after HO induction. Both the G1-arrested cells by α factor and the SIC1-overexpressing cells were collected at 1, 4, and 8 h after HO inductions as well as before HO induction, whereas the cycling cells were collected at several time points after HO induction. Genomic DNA from the cells at each time point was digested with EcoRI and run on a 0.8% agarose gel. The probe for Southern blot analysis was made by PCR using MAT3-1 and MATDp1 (Table S1). A 1-kb DNA ladder is denoted as M.
