Figure S2. Knockdown of PIPKIγ does not affect LPA- or SDF1α-stimulated cell migration. HeLa cells were transfected with control siRNA or PIPKIγ668-specific siRNA separately as indicated, and cells were subjected into migration assay. LPA (A), SDF1α (B), or EGF (C) was used to stimulate cell migration. Cells migrated through to the underside of the membrane^{were counted in five high-power fields.
