Figure S1. Cdo deletion mutants do not bind to JLP. COS-7 cells were transfected with expression vectors encoding S-tagged JLP and either full-length Cdo or Cdo deletion mutants lacking the indicated amino acids of the intracellular region (which spans amino acids 986-1,250). Lysates were pulled down with anti-S beads and were Western blotted as indicated for Cdo or S epitope. The antibody to Cdo was against the ectodomain.
