Time-lapse video microscopy showing GFP-RhoG localization during Salmonella infection. COS-2 cells expressing GFP-RhoG were infected with wild-type S. typhimurium expressing dsRed. Images were acquired as a z stack (1-µm slices) by confocal microscopy every 30 s in the green and red channels. The video shows GFP-RhoG recruitment in one 1-µm slice of the stack during the course of infection.
