3D projection showing GFP-RhoG recruitment to a Salmonella-induced ruffle. Henle-407 cells expressing GFP-RhoG were infected with wild-type S. typhimurium expressing dsRed. Images were acquired as a z stack (1-µm slices) by confocal microscopy and assembled as a 3D projection.
