Figure S2. The centrioles are not properly centered within the PCM in cnn mutant larval brain cells. (A-C) The distribution of centrioles (D-PLP, green), γ-tubulin (red), and DNA (blue) in WT and cnn mutant cells after colchicine treatment. (A) In WT cells, the centrioles remain well centered within the PCM. (B and C) In cnn mutant cells, the centrioles are displaced to the side of the PCM and often dont overlap with the PCM. This positioning defect was observed in 6 out of 6 serially sectioned cnn mutant cells and was not observed in 8 out of 10 serially sectioned WT cells. Bar, 5 µm.
