Figure S1. Induction of E2F targets by Ad-hSkp2. (A) Serum-starved MEFs from Fig. 3 D infected with Ad-LacZ or Ad-hSkp2 were collected and analyzed by Western blotting for cyclin E and actin (loading control). (B) Serum-starved MEFs were infected with adenoviruses encoding GFP or Ad-hSkp2; lysates were analyzed for cyclin A and Cdk4. (C) Serum-starved MEFs were infected with Ad-LacZ or Ad-hCyclin E, and the lysates were blotted for Skp2 and actin. C also includes serum-starved MEFs stimulated with 10% FCS for 24 h.
