Figure S1. Large regions of Sun1 are sufficient for NE targeting. To examine by fluorescence microscopy the localization of Sun1N355 and H234Sun1L, a C-terminal GFP moiety was added to each protein. At moderate expression levels in transfected HeLa cells, both proteins were predominantly detected in the NE. Bar, 3 µm.
