Figure S2. Parkin selectively pulls down L166P mutant DJ-1, but not wild-type DJ-1. GST pull-down assays were performed by incubation of immobilized GST-tagged parkin or GST proteins with lysates from SH-SY5Y cells expressing Myc-tagged wild-type or L166P mutant DJ-1. Bound proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE and analyzed by Western blotting. Asterisk indicates a small amount of GST-parkin degradation fragments.
