Representative actin gliding assay movie of TEV-eluted Myo4p. Actin filaments are labeled with TRITC-phalloidin. Frames were collected at 2.5 frames/s and displayed at the same rate. Motility assays were performed in the same manner as for ATP-released actin affinity-purified Myo4p.
