Figure S2. Caspase-3 inhibition does not block FasL-induced changes in cytosolic calcium. (A) Jurkat cells were pretreated for 30 min with 20 µM z-DEVD-fmk and loaded with Fura-2 (in the presence of z-DEVD-fmk), and then their cytosolic calcium was measured. 10 ng/ml FasL was added as indicated. (B) Steady-state cytosolic calcium levels after 24 h FasL or vehicle treatment in the presence or absence of 20 µM z-DEVD-fmk. All experimental manipulations were performed in parallel and repeated three times.
