Figure S1. Localization of DLL3 in various cell lines. Western blot analysis of cell lysates (input) and streptavidin-immunoprecipitated protein after surface biotinylation (IP). DLL3flag was not detected on the cell surface (IP) of HEK293 (a), CHO (b), CHODll1flag (c), and C2C12 (d) cells transiently expressing DLL3flag (a-c) or DLL3 (d). On the surface of CHO cells, stably expressed DLL1flag is readily detected (IP, c) although expressed at lower levels than transiently expressed DLL3 (input, c). Similarly, Dll1 expressed in C2C12 cells is readily detected on the surface (IP, e).
