(A) hTERT-RPE1 cells expressing the human GFP-tagged Rab, Rab-like, and Arl GTPases indicated (green) were induced to form primary cilia by serum starvation and stained for acetylated tubulin (red) as a marker for primary cilia. DNA was stained with DAPI (blue). (B) hTERT-RPE1 cells expressing GFP-Rab17 (green) were induced to form primary cilia by serum starvation and stained for the early endosome marker EEA1 (red) or transferrin receptor (red) as a marker for sorting/recycling endosomes.
