Figure S4. Kinase activity of VSK3K518R-YFP. (A) Expression of VSK3K518R-YFP in cell lysates and in the immunoprecipitates was analyzed by immunoblotting with anti-GFP antibodies. (B) Relative tyrosine kinase activity (counts per min, cpm) was measured from immunoprecipitates of equal lysates from wild-type or vsk3² cells expressing VSK3K518R-YFP compared to positive (Src) and lysates of wild-type and vsk3² cells as negative controls.
