Figure S1. Foxp3⁺ cells are enriched in the CD25^- CD45RB^lo and CD25^-CD62L^-.B/6 mice were inoculated in the ear dermis with 10³L. major metacyclic promastigotes. At 12 wk after infection, the draining LNs were collected and cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Events are gated on CD4⁺CD25^hi or CD25^- cells. CD45RB or CD62L versus Foxp3 staining is displayed. Values indicate the percentage of positive cells for each quadrant. Results are representative of two independent experiments.
