The interaction between CFSE-labeled PSGL-1-deficient cells and small intestinal endothelium was monitored via intravital microscopy after injection of an anti-PSGL-1 antibody (4RA10). A significant reduction in the number of rolling cells was observed after injection of 4RA10. This is a representative video after 4RA10 injection, obtained from four experiments in which one to three vessels/mouse were monitored.
