Figure S1. Deoxycholate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (DOC-PAGE) of a cyanobacteria-derived product (CyP). Pellets of Oscillatoria Planktothrix FP1 were extracted with TRI reagent to obtain a CyP that was analyzed on DOC-PAGE. Before loading, the indicated amounts of samples were diluted in 1% deoxycholate (except CyP in lane 4, which was diluted in PBS). LPS from Salmonella minnesota Re 595 (rough strain) and Escherichia coli 0111:B4 (smooth strains) was loaded for comparison.
