Figure S1. cGvH induced by Bm-12 CD4⁺ T cells leads to activation of B cells in 56R/B6 mice. Spleen cells from 56R recipients of Bm-12 (cGvH) or B6 CD4⁺ T cells (control) were analyzed at day 60 by flow cytometry. Dot plots show the expression of the activation markers CD69 and CD24 on B220⁺ B cells. Histograms show expression of CD86, MHC class II, and CD95 (Fas). Black line, GvH mice injected with Bm-12 CD4⁺ T cells; grey line, control mice injected with B6 CD4⁺ T cells. One representative experiment out of four is shown.
