After five consecutive days of DT injection (1 µg/day), DEREG mice were killed at the indicated time points after the final injection, and lymphoid organs were removed. The frequency of Foxp3⁺ cells among live-gated lymphocytes from peripheral LNs of DT-treated DEREG mice is shown (closed circles).
