Figure S4. NKM 16–2-4 reacts with a carbohydrate moiety containing α(1,2) fucose. To examine whether NKM 16–2-4 reacts with only the UEA-1–reactive portion of α(1,2) fucose, we performed a blocking analysis of NKM 16–2-4 and UEA-1 with α-L-fucose. The reactivity of NKM 16–2-4, but not UEA-1, to mFUT1- or mFUT2-expressing CHO cells was not affected by pretreatment with α-L-fucose.
