Figure S2. VavNULL and WT BMDCs express similar levels of costimulatory molecules in antigen presentation assays. WT and VavNULL BMDCs were cultured with CFSE-labeled OT-1 T cells and OVA peptide or beads. After 3 d in culture, samples were analyzed by FACS for expression of B7-1 and B7-2 on the CFSE-negative population of DCs.
