Figure S5. Vav is required for presentation of particulate antigen to MHCII-restricted CD4 T cells. WT and VavNULL BMDCs were cultured with OVA beads and CFSE-labeled OT-1 T cells. T cell proliferation was ascertained by FACS after 3 d in culture.
