BALB/c mice (five per condition) were injected i.p. with 10 µg αDEC-LACK, 10 µg 33D1-LACK, 10 µg control Ig-LACK, and 30 µg LACK in the presence of αCD40 and poly IC, or mice were simply given PBS for 10-12 h.
