Figure S3. Kinetics of soluble C3b dimer (C3b₂) and monomer (C3b) binding to CRIg-Fc. CRIg-Fc or control-Fc fusion protein was captured on a CM5 sensor chip using an antibody to the Fc fusion tag. C3b₂ or C3b was injected for 180 s. Binding affinity of CRIg-Fc to C3b₂ is 56 nM and to C3b is >20 µM.
