Naive T cells from IL-4-deficient mice were purified and stimulated with anti-CD3, anti-CD28, and different concentrations of IL-4 (0, 50, 500, and 5,000 pg/ml) with or without IL-25. Cells were collected at 48 h for Western blot analysis of total STAT6 and STAT6 phosphorylation.
