Figure S5. ThPOK and Runx3 mRNA expression in developing thymocytes. ThPOK and Runx3 mRNA expression in different subsets of thymocytes was determined by real-time PCR. Quantitation was performed in triplicate, and expression levels were normalized against those in CD4⁺CD8⁺CD69^- thymocytes. Data are shown as the mean and standard deviation from three independent samples and represent three assays with similar results.
