Analysis of lysozyme M expression in MPCs. 10 h after secondary challenge (3 x 10⁵), spleen cells of lysozyme M GFP-expressing (lysM-GFP^+/-) knock-in mice (three per group) were restimulated with HKLM and analyzed by FACS for GFP expression and TNF-α intracellular staining and surface staining of CD11b and Ly-6C. Data show in a representative FACS histogram the expression of GFP after gating on TNF-α⁺CD11b^med/hiLy-6C^hi cells in a representative (out of two) experiment.
