Flow cytometric analysis of EGFP⁺ CD11b⁺ (epidermal LCs) purified from the epidermis, and EGFP⁺ CD11b⁻ (dermal Langerin⁺ DCs) purified from the dermis. An intracellular staining protocol was used to detect mouse Langerin.
