Figure S1. Birth and survival data. (A) Inheritance of the uPARAP/Endo180-targeted allele follows a normal Mendelian distribution. 203 weaning-age offspring from heterozygous parents were genotyped and included 98 heterozygously targeted mice (48%), 55 nontargeted mice (27%), and 50 homozygously targeted mice (25%). (B) Survival data are shown for a prospective cohort of 58 mice including 30 uPARAP/Endo180-/- mice and 28 littermate wild-type control mice. The mice were followed for 175 days after birth, with no significant difference in survival rate between the two groups. C and D plot weight (g) versus age (weeks after weaning) of male and female mice. The cohort initially consisted of 15 male/15 female uPARAP/Endo180-/-mice (), 14 male/16 female uPARAP/Endo180+/- mice (), and 16 male/12 female control (uPARAP/Endo180+/+) mice (). Routine histological analysis was performed on newborn, young adult, and other adult mice and revealed no profound pathological changes in uPARAP/Endo180-/-mice.
