Figure S4. Morphology of uPARAP -/- and +/+ cells after plating on different matrix proteins. Cells were detached by EDTA and plated in serum-free medium on glass coverslips coated with 20 µg/ml of either fibronectin, collagen I, or collagen V. 1 h after seeding, the cells were fixed and the general cell morphology was visualized by staining of the actin cytoskeleton with rhodamine-phalloidin.
