Fluorescence time-lapse video of GFP-Tmod3 in migrating HMEC-1 cells. Cell expressing GFP-Tmod3 with advancing leading edge shows GFP-Tmod3 in the lamellipodium and in ruffles. Also, cell exhibits bright dorsal ruffles on the surface, posterior to the leading edge. Bright staining in the cytoplasm is a result of a prominent soluble pool of GFP-Tmod3 (see text). Images were collected every 20 s. Quicktime frame rate is 30/second.
