Figure S2. Nnf1p, Dsn1p, and Nsl1p specifically associate with centromeric DNA. TAP-tagged proteins were used in chromatin immunoprecipitation experiments. Centromeric DNA sequences (CEN 3 and 8) were specifically amplified in the immunoprecipitates but not in the untagged control.
