Figure S5. Neurobiotin transfer in UV irradiated embryos. One dorsal blastomere of either normal (A and B) or UV-irradiated (C and D) 64-cell stage embryos was coinjected with neurobiotin and dextran-rhodamine. Sectioned embryos show neurobiotin (A and C) and dextran-rhodamine (B and D) distributions. Neurobiotin transfer into neighboring cells at the dorsal-animal pole in the UV-irradiated embryo (C) is indistinguishable from that seen in the unirradiated sibling (A). Bar, 200 µm.
