Time lapse video showing disassembly of GFP-TIA-1⁺SGs, detailed in Fig 6. COS cells were transfected with GFP-TIA-1 and cultured for 24 h before the addition of arsenite (0.5 mM, 30 min). Cells were then washed and cultured in the absence of arsen-ite. Intensity scale is the same as shown in Fig. 8.
