A second video of a CeINCENP-depleted embryo expressing GFP-histone. In this case, the meiotically defective maternal nucleus moves away from the spindle, providing an unobstructed view of paternal chromosome segregation. The maternal nucleus is initially on the left and the paternal nucleus on the right. Paired DIC/GFP images were acquired every 6 s; playback rate is 12 frames/s.
