Figure S4.Localization of TRP1 and Pmel17 relative to LAMP 1 in MNT-1 cells by immunofluorescence microscopy. Fixed MNT-1 cells were stained with antibodies to Pmel17 (HMB50) and LAMP1 (A-C) or TRP1 and LAMP1 (D-F) and FITC- and Texas red-conjugated isotype-specific secondary antibodies, and then analyzed by confocal immunofluorescence microscopy as described in the legend to Figure S1.
